2010.01 Golden Land Technology Group (GLT) was established in Hong Kong.
2010.10 Korea Golden Communication Company was established (a wholly owned subsidiary of GLT)
2012 GLT held shares in Korea Golden Communication Company, also Korea Technology R & D Center was established.
2014.04 Guangzhou Branch of GLT, that is, Guangzhou Jindi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was founded.
2015 GLT invested in Nanjing GFT Co., Ltd. was established, relying on Bluetooth technology and micro-positioning application technology.
2016.06 GLT acquired Guangzhou Ruiming Advertising Co., Ltd.
2016.10 GLT invested in Jiangsu Minle data service company whose business is about online and offline financial payment platform.
2017.06 International Trade Division of GLT was established.
